Glad to see a bariatric support group in my fitness pal. I had the gastric sleeve in December 2013, but I fell off the wagon and gained most of it back. I’m back to my protein shakes and small meals high in protein. I’m considering seeing a nutritionist too. Right now my exercise is walking but I’m going to incorporate strength training soon.

I’ve dropped 7 lbs in 2 wks which I think speaks to just have awful my diet was before. Anyway, I’m encouraged and motivated to keep going. I’ve been enjoying reading everyone’s posts, and it is motivating me to put in the work to see success.1
