No clue how this happened. I've been sick for two weeks solid so maybe not eating as much but definitely eating crap, not tracking, and not exercising! Lol.

I'm feeling mostly better except my voice still sounds terrible and my left ear remains clogged/under pressure feeling.

My garden is a wreck so after I finish my tea I am going to try to get it cleaned up for the season. Then I have tickets with a friend to an art opening at the botanical garden this afternoon. Still though, tons of chores around the house to get done. Next weekend I am back on the east coast for a memorial for my step mother and one for my uncle (same day!) Then 10 days later hubby and I are headed to England! We were supposed to go for my 40th birthday in 2020 but... COVID. So, we are finally making the trip.

    Weigh In Day: Saturday
PW (Previous Weight): 148.5 pounds (lost 0.1 pounds)
CW (Current Weight): 148.2 pounds (lost 0.3 pounds)

I am extremely proud of myself for achieving a loss this week!
I was planning to be accepting if I had to post a gain this week as long as I stayed under 150 pounds as I had 4 medical tests almost 2 weeks ago, including a biopsy, which I was told would likely give me symptoms for 3 to 5 days after and after 9 days not only had the symptoms not gone away but they amplified so I had to get in touch with the doctor who did the biopsy as well as a nurse called me a few times and I'm still dealing with the aftermath of all of this as it is ongoing. Once or twice I checked my weight this week and I was up so I'm proud of myself for working hard on my eating to get my weight back down (e.g., eating asparagus twice which I don't enjoy, eating salad numerous times which I'm not a big fan of, not binge eating unhealthy food for numerous days when I was housebound due to my health, walking twice one day to make up for the 2 days I couldn't walk due to my health).

After 3 weeks of gaining, I have now had SEVEN weeks of losing!
This is not something I ever thought I could accomplish, especially when my weight is getting lower down so I am really proud of myself.
Normally I go up and down on a regular basis so consistently going down, even just minuscule amounts makes me feel like my better choices. although difficult at times to make, are paying off.
Down 7.6 pounds in 5 weeks!
Down 21.8 pounds from my highest weight in 2016.

    Fantastic losing streak!
