4/19/2023 - Lost my mind. Dinner was leftovers with controlled portions. Just wasn't satisfied, and then I lost my mind. First a 130 calorie bag of pistachio's. Nope - that didn't do it..2 cups of skinny popcorn ....salt is satisfied.... now want candy. 3 pieces of candy (like a turtle). Ok done...Yikes2 -

C:😕 E✅: T:✅ sooooooo close! I was only about 20 cals over. If it had been a week-day, the extra stepping would have covered it. But beef stew serving sizes aren't easy to get exact, and I would rather overestimate what I ate than under ... and I suppose I SHOULD have passed up that fun-size KitKat (70 cals - like are passed out at Halloween) but didn't pre-log Evening Snack.

Insight for the month - the part I have the most difficulty with is re-establishing the weighing of everything. But I HAVE noticed some improvement in "no, you don't REALLY need a biscuit to go along with the coffee right now ... (as you soon won't have so many exercise credits to draw on anymore)" And my over-all coffee consumption is down.0 -
