    Had a good weekend - horse show Friday (schooling and set up) and showing on Saturday. Took the horse I'm doing the 1/4 lease on, it was only his second show ever (and he only did 1 jumper class at his first show) - overall I think we did pretty good! We won (very small class) our speed jumper round, and placed in one of our mini hunter rounds, and IMO watching the videos I think I did a pretty good job of riding him and making it look a lot easier than it was LOL. He did good for so many "firsts" and I'm pretty happy with what we did.
    Sunday I got a lot done around the house - most of the house cleaning and picking up a bunch, then yesterday the tired hit hard and other than my tasks and playing with the puppy, honestly didn't do much of anything. Back to the routine today of course.

    Note to self:

    Self: in the future do NOT, I repeat do NOT, schedule a visit to the gym and a visit to Costco in the same morning. Pick one or the other but not both. Those of you who are Costco members will understand when I tell you I logged almost as many steps at the warehouse as at the gym. I wimped out and let the shopping part count as my upper body work. Those six packs of almond milk are darned heavy!!

    Hello ladies,
    It's a bit quiet in the group, I hope you are all enjoying some good weather :smile:

    My stats from last week:

    * Still low on steps, but a bit better... 63k for the week. I think I have to acknowledge that I'm stepping less during summertime.
    * continue to read Becks flashcards: check.
    * 2 fitness sessions / week: I let it slide again last week and while my weight went down, I'm also a bit afraid I've lost some muscle mass.
    * Lose a bit: 71,8 moving average, which is a good loss from last week. But with the thought that it might be muscle. Anyway, it is a good pound from maintenance, I'm really getting there !
    * Biking and diving: 2 dives last week, some daily biking to the bakery and pub. I might start to add those little trips to my total. The plan was also to bike to work today, but the weather will be too hot this afternoon, so I went by car instead.

    Just got done with a 4 day visit with family (got there later on Thursday, got home late last night). Puppy's first trip since it was a reasonably safe place to take him at his age (hasn't finished all his puppy vaccinations yet). He did pretty well for it being his first trip, but both dogs are crashed out today lol, and I wish I could. Been kind of moody myself to be honest, bf was pretty blah last night too, which had me questioning if maybe he was enjoying having his space back for a while...might prompt a conversation this evening to see if he'd prefer I find my own place sooner rather than later...

    Anyways, just trying to muster up some ambition today. Got some little stuff done but honestly haven't done everything I should be.
