Yikes, my steps have been horrible. I really need to do something about that. I have to get back into walking. Sometimes when I get out of work I just want to come home and do nothing or I have things I have to get done. I really have to change that.2

Oh my goodness, we have so many new members this month! Welcome to @careyella , @alexhomeandcoffee , @akstamps , @CassiaS1 , and @socajam !!
If any of you need anything at all, or have questions or concerns, feel free to ask anything here. I'm Ashley, one of the two captains of Team Weight No More, and I am your liaison to the moderators (which is really easy, because I happen to be one ).
I take care of updating your information in the spreadsheets, shifting members to and from the support team/goal zone/weight loss team as needed, and also making the big fancy results post every Sunday. I'm also one of your resident scientists here, so if there's any questions about how weight loss happens, why you bloat after consuming certain foods, how muscles are grown, etc... I'm your girl.
We're also going to see quite a few of our members pop back from the support team onto our weight loss team - it's going to be an exciting month.

Yikes, my steps have been horrible. I really need to do something about that. I have to get back into walking. Sometimes when I get out of work I just want to come home and do nothing or I have things I have to get done. I really have to change that.
Oh boy, I can absolutely relate to this. Every day, I find myself making a plan for what I'm going to do after work, and almost every day, I end up sitting in front of a screen, doing absolutely nothing beneficial for myself outside of taking a mental break. This is part of why I force myself to wake up super early and hit the gym before work.

Had an absolutely amazing time in Florida, got a good bit of walking in while visiting ZooTampa, Clearwater Marine Aquarium and SeaWorld Orlando and even tried to hit my daily goal while hanging out on the amazing beaches on the Gulf coast in St. Petersburg and Clearwater... Even managed to get a 30(+) minute swim in every morning and did reasonably well tracking/watching my food (I love seafood and they have plenty of that and fresh in that area ), so even though today I feel very bloated and I can see I'm retaining water from travelling, I didn't gain anything. Probably lost a good bit...

I am so stoked that I finally have found my footing and am making some progress. It's slow going, but I don't mind, at least it's going. With the summer heat starting to pick up, I have been making these giant fruit bowls that are so yummy and hydrating. I just need to work on getting some more protein and water in during my day.
