My go to drink is Mocha Hot Chocolate
8 Ounces of Hot Water
1/2 Tsp. of Instant Coffee
2 TBSP of Sugar Free Chocolate Sauce

I intend to stick primarily to water. In the morning, black coffee. In the evening, maybe unsweetened tea or diet soda.0

I drink water all day. Sometimes I add the zero calorie flavors to it (just when I'm at work). I also normally have a small Gatorade Zero for "lunch".0

I drink coffee, teas, and lots of nice cool icy water. (sometimes I flavor it with cinnamon and splenda!) Sometimes I add sugarless syrups as long as it has less than 1 carb. Splenda has never spiked my insulin so far.0

Nope, Splenda does NOT spike insulin, which is good.1 -

While fasting ~ Water, Black Coffee on the weekends. It's only been a couple of weeks that I've succeeded with black coffee - nothing added.
While eating ~ Water, Black Coffee, Red Wine, Prosecco. Occasionally my husband will make a mixed drink of some sort and I will have one. I am working on limited the alcohol to weekends.0 -

Morning- Diet soda or black coffee
Morning to lunch- 32oz ice water
Lunch to 4:30ish- 32oz ice water
Dinner to 8ish- 2, 12oz flavored sparkling waters0 -
Morning = Water with Orange Stevia 64oz
Afternoon= Iced black tea with ginger water and lemon drop Stevia 24oz
Pre-Workout= Mixture of 1 scoop the following:
- L-Carnitine L-Tartrate Powder"
- Magnesium Citrate Powder
- Creatine Monohydrate Powder
- Jocko Fuel Pre Workout Powder
Post Workout= 2 scoops protein powder
With Dinner= Water with Orange Stevia 64oz
Late Night= Black Razzberry La Croix soda0 -
