Sorry.
Each week there is a new thread for the week. Starting on Monday.
This is the right thread for this upcoming week: Monday July 31 - Sunday Aug 6.

GW: 144.7 lbs
Weigh In Info - July 31, 2023
LW: 241.6 lbs
TW: 241.6 lbs
Variance: 0.0 lbs
This is underwhelming, but not getting more excess is a win. My activity levels have been pretty good. This is what I'm going to get without targeting my food a little more.
This week look for at least 5 "Daily Food Log Completed" from me. That's the work I'm going to start doing. Hope you all had good weeks.3 -
That sounds like a great goal @chris_in_cal I think I'm going to copy my goals over from last week's thread, that way I can review them a bit easier. My goals for this week are:
-do intentional exercise for a minimum of 20m, 3x this week
-eat 100g of protein each day
-cook 80% of my meals at home (about 17 meals)
-journal and reflect every day for at least 10 min
Btw, is this thread intended for checking in with our progress each week, or is it a daily accountability thread that we can use throughout the week?0 -

The group has some stand along topics;- General Chat
- Positive Vibes Daily Thread
- Non-Scale Victories
- Progress Reports
Each weeks' "Weigh Ins" thread is where we post our weekly numbers. All rules are optional though.

Way to go @raenright! Sounds like you had a fun weekend ^_^2

No weigh in for me this week/July as my scales are in my new house and I don't live there yet 😁2

That is exciting! I hope the move goes smoothly. I'm looking forward to seeing you back 100% from your new HQ, with all that great newness that will come with it.
I'd offer to drive my lorry over and move the chairs, but I'm 5000 miles and an ocean away.3 -

That is some excuse lad!
Progress report is now done for July.2 -
Each week there is a "Weigh Ins" thread @ikalujny , I bookmark it.
Usually I weigh on Monday, but any day during the week is fine.
For this week yours would be something like:
Goal Weight: 199 lbs.
Weigh in day - Aug 1
Original Starting Weight: 226.19
Last Week: 212.08
This Week: 208.5573
Variance: 3.52 lbs loss
-- Or with some typical shorthand --
GW: 199.9 lbs
Weigh In Info - Aug 1
LW: 212.08 lbs
TW: 208.5573 lbs
Variance: -3.52 lbs
What is your goal weight? What's with the 3.5 lbs loss, that's impressive!!!!!

Wow! You left out the best part: 3.0 lbs loss!
Both you and @ikalujny had nice big three lbs losses.
Since I added the -at sign- "@" in front of ikalujny's user name, he'll get a notice that he was mentioned.
You can also, use the MFP messaging system and send it direction to a username...but a lot of people never check their message box.
The best thing I found, after a couple of years here, is clicking the little "bookmark" symbol up near the name of the thread. Then when I log in, I look at the "My Bookmarks" area and all the things I'm interested are in that one place.3 -

Hi 👋
SW 234
GW 196 (may drop this but not yet)
Date : 4/8/23
LW: 229
TW: 227
VARIANCE: -2lb0 -
Weigh-in Time!
GW: 200 (for now)
SW: 280.7
LW: 256.9
TW: 256.2
Variance: -0.7 lbs
Overall Lost: -23 lbs
And the results of this week's goals are:
-do intentional exercise for a minimum of 20m, 3x this week- TBD. I exercised 2 times this week, for about 30 minutes each, but tried to up my steps at the same time, which wore me out by mid-week.
-eat 100g of protein each day- I did a great job! I didn't hit my protein goal yesterday, but I hit it the rest of the week.
-cook 80% of my meals at home (about 17 meals)- Huge success! I only had takeout for two meals this week
-journal and reflect every day for at least 10 min- So-so. I journaled until Wednesday and then fell off due to busy-ness.
All in all, I'm pretty pleased. I had a lot of work going on this week (I'm getting ready for an art exhibition at the end of the month) but it was good to prove to myself that I could still hold myself accountable and maneuver within my plan.0
