Hi all!
I've been two weeks away on vacation without access to weighins but with access to all inclusive food LOL. I managed to keep the weight I had before leaving! Already easing back into my food and exercise regimen.

A disappointing number. My food logging this week was not sharp. I skipped a couple of days. That's the priority this week.2 -
@chris_in_cal - points to what needs to be done. For me its don't compete food diary and carry on eating. Also just because I earned the cals doesn't mean I have to eat them 😆1

Weight loss seems to be slowing down already. Not sure why, I've been pretty diligent.2 -

When you start calorie deficit, about 2-3kg water is gone from your body as it depletes energy reserves in liver and muscles. This attributes to initial "quick" weight loss.
If you stick to exercise and calories deficit, weight will keep going down.

Getting rid of that vacation gain! Happy the scale is moving. August is nearing an end and I'm not where I want to be yet2 -
I started back to school yesterday, so the goals are staying pretty simple for this week:
- Lose 1 pound this week by focusing on healthy, homemade foods
- Hit 3,000 steps 5 days this week
- Drink 8 cups of water a day
I think I'm going to give up on a 'official' posting/reflecting goal, but try to check in when I can.0 -

Stupid plateaus are really frosting my feathers. I'm over this same 1-1.5lbs bouncing around.1 -

It is! I'm really liking my classes so far.
The posting/reflecting goal was where I would post my daily progress or reflect on weight loss each day in my journal. I had that as one of my goals for the last few weeks, but didn't make a lot of headway with it. So, even though I still like it as a goal, I figured I would try something else for a bit1 -
