    Starting Weight: 12st 10
    Weight 1 month ago:11st8
    Current Weight: 11st 13
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 10st 7

Weight is 5lbs from last month as I've been away from home the last couple weeks and just slid into the easy options of saying yes to what was on offer. So now I've to get back down the 5 extra lbs!!

I sat all last week, with just some walking here and there, very sedentary.
I ended my jury duty last week with a cold. Being sick, I had bed rest for four days. Not pretty at all.

I'm back to work today, and I hope Tuesday I'll get out an exercise. Have a good week everyone.

Every time I get close to a milestone (whether it's a decade down on the scale or a weight decade), it seems to take a million years to achieve it. But then I remember ...marathon not a sprint!!!

    Hi all!

Tough week again for me, I think I only done cardio 2 times this week.

Soon I will break 200lbs and this will be an achievement for me, marking 1/3 of the way I need to go.

It is working on the weight loss end.

The cardio, fitness and, health end is something else. You've been doing great. Have a good week.

I also try to remember that, but the way I function is I really can't stop until I break...

This is my way and I wonder how it ends.

I have had two very big and fun rides down. This is how they both ended.
I am not giving up. I am now on the third ride down. And with me and you and everyone else here in this group, this time it is going to end with a long smooth maintenance.

When Covid hit in 2020 I did not respond well.

    What's this app your using

I have an inexpensive wifi scale.

    Withings Body.

I step on it, and it automagically uploads the number, and keeps them all. I am also able to sync Withings with MFP, so the number arrives here to. On sale for about $25...I have had it for years. Every 2 years or so I have to replace the battery.

    Magic!

Had a pretty good week! My dad and I are getting excited for spooky season, so we put out our decorations yesterday. I've also been taking a lot of time out for self-care and not letting myself get stressed too badly. One thing that's been working really well for me is having fairly instant, convenience meals and protein options that I just add veggies/grains to. I'm going to use my crockpot a bit this week to stock up on meals and try to keep up my progress for next week :)

Finally lost 20 pounds. I've been on a Rollercoaster with my scale but I guess that's normal.
