    Good morning, everyone.

    I've got a short story: I have injured myself. :'(
    I fell at roller derby and jammed up my shoulder badly. X-rays show that nothing is broken, but I can't lift my arm and my doctor suspects a torn rotator cuff. I'm waiting for approval from insurance for an MRI.

    And ever since my daughter's wedding at the end of August things have NOT settled down, they seem to be even busier. So I have no miles logged in September. So my very late goal is to do at least a mile for these last days of the month. 5 miles. I'm optimistically hoping next month will be better.
