@cararq - Wow! You living the "Hee Haw" song. "If it weren't for bad luck I'd have no luck at all." I really hope the shoulder gets better quickly. Were just watching or were you participating? Five miles is better than nothing so way to keep going. Kudos for that. Keep us posted on the MRI.1
-
#caraq: I was in your shoes in January.Just finished PT for my shoulder and then landed on my right knee over a week ago? My physical therapist said I did not tear anything from examining it, but I struggle to go up and down stairs and down hill is painful.
Keeping good thoughts for you .

Now standing on the GOAL podium are @CPANUS and @LEANZ!!!
Yeah, we're finally getting what feels like Fall weather here in Minneapolis/St. Paul! Although along with the excellent cooler temperatures, it has been exceptionally rainy. Today is sunny and 70*F!!

A little on the morbid side....but is still good info showing how important it is for EVERY HUMAN BEING to move their bodies to the best of their abilities! The old saying, "Use it or lose it" is not just a saying. It is FACT. When you allow yourself to lose your flexibility, fitness, or other healthy habits, you are making whatever years you have left harder than they have to be. Preaching to the choir here, I know. But it's good to be reminded of why we do this fitness thing. :flowerforyou:
