I did this previous years, and it really helped me to maintain. As I now have let it go, I really need to refocus. Hence a new thread !

I will come here on a monthly basis to see what the course of action is.

So, my goals for the next year are:

1. My highest weight for 2023 is what is was today : 77.0 (170 pounds)
2. Maintain between 69.0-71.0 (152-156 pounds)
3. Achieve a set of correct push-ups (number tbd - at this moment I'll be glad with one)
4. Get 4.000.000 steps; a daily 10.000 + some longer walks
5. Ride 2.000 km (a good 1.200 miles) with my bike
