@lindamtuck2018 they do give fairly small portions, that is what slightly a downside. I sometimes fill it with other sides or add an extra portion from my own fridge to compensate a bit. It's definitely been a good starting point.1

Happy Friday everyone! Happy Thanksgiving to all who are celebrating this weekend. My goal this weekend is to track everything but not worry about the totals so much. Family celebrations are important and so are good choices.
What's everyone else doing this weekend?
It was a busy weekend with maybe not the best food choices, but I'm happy to still see a loss! I have a trip coming up next week that I am so, so looking forward to so it's just about getting through this week for me. I know the trip will have a lot of walking and movement so I'm going to try and get some walks in this week to prepare myself.2 -

If you go by my weight for last week, 9.4 pounds. I unfortunately gained this week. It’s definitely getting harder now. I think my body likes being around 170. I lost a large amount of weight in 2000. I got stuck around the 170 pound mark. Granted back then my start weight was about 20 ponds less than when I started this time.

I am a bit worried about what this week will look like. I am going on vacation Wednesday, which I'm so excited for, but I know my eating might be a little less than healthy. I know I can make healthy choices and I'm hoping all the walking will offset the food.
I also feel a little nervous about flying and fitting comfortably in the seats. Just some old insecurities coming to the surface. I'm trying not to let it take away from my overall excitement though. I know it's going to be a wonderful vacation. A friend and I have been planning it for the last 6 months as a little getaway for ourselves.

I did eat more than I should but the food was fantastic. My granddaughter spent the night so we are taking her to get some pumpkins. I am going to fit some walks in today also. I did some yesterday but not enough to give myself an exercise check.
