Sorry for the late response was on vacation and just got back yesterday and while on vacation I didn’t believe the scale in the room. I didn’t gain much but ate much more than I do at home. Weighed this morning and yes I am up, but not by much, so happy.5 -

Good Morning my friends... So thank you all for your suggestions as to the upper body workouts!! In meantime, this last week has flown by - and I am still trying to understand that we're already halfway done with October!! In meantime, logging my food has since been easier, I've been trying new recipes, and for now being super conscious as to my calorie count. I've also started making sure to weigh/measure most everything I eat. I know a lot of people aren't always agreeable to this, especially since it takes time and effort. I've also started with the meal prepping - so that way I don't have to "wonder" what I am going to eat - or if I get lazy there's no mad dash for fast food. I actually went out to eat this weekend - and was mindful of what I ate and the portion sizing... I forget how restaurants' portion sizes are sooo out of whack!! I do hope to get some small walks in this week... moving slow but still moving..
