            I’m just -off- this week. I haven’t been out for as many walks. My schedule has been wonky this week. My macros have been all over the place. I typically don’t drink during the week, and I had a drink Monday & Tuesday. I ate after 8pm (all carbs of course). My caloric intake has been a good 200-500 higher than my BMR. I will be lucky if I manage to lose this week. 😥 The only thing I did right was keeping my protein above 100gr and my fiber above 25gr every day along with weightlifting 3x/week. (It’s a class I take with my daughter so that helps.)
 I need to get my act together!

 Slowing inching down, about 1.7 lbs over the past 4 weeks.
 I'll take it but, even better than the weight loss, I had my annual physical yesterday and my test results were great! My LDL and total cholesterol both dropped by another 19 points and my blood sugar level dropped by another 6 points. A1C is now below pre-diabetic range and all my results were normal. My PA was thrilled with my progress.3

 OMG. Ec-static. This challenge is showing me that I generally give up on diets too early (typically by the 2nd-3rd week) and have usually focused too much on calories and cardio and not on eating the right things and building muscle. I’m happy to have found something that seems to be working for me. I’m within sight of my Oct goal!6

 My overall mood was better this week than last week. I didn’t feel like I struggled with sugar cravings as much as I had been struggling in previous weeks. I want to try to add more exercise days during my week and increase my steps. I am more motivated because I’m noticing changes in how my clothes are fitting more loosely.3

 Well those steps are better than many weeks. A couple guestimates added. Monday, I did training and walked around the training room all day sans step counter and yesterday I left my phone in the car when I stopped in the middle of nowhere and walked...a quarter mile... to take some pictures and then back to the car.
 I joined a gym last week (just Planet fitness, not a lot of options)and only made it in twice6

 Sorry for the late post, I weighed myself but did not log it here 🙃
 Working toward healthier numbers for a doctors appt I have this week. Doc requested I work on lowering my overall weight to bring my A1C down.6
