    @MadisonMolly2017 nice work we all hit a slump and then re group.

    Nice walk at lunch seemed good a little cool at times but in January that 48 degree temp will feel like a heatwave!

    Have started October back slow and steady after some significant health issues. Feeling so much better now, and hope that things continue to improve. 🤞🏻 I have my treadmill set up and it is a good option for me as the terrain is predictable.

    I haven’t used so many rest days in a long time. I have been doing yoga and other exercises on the days when my walking isn’t the main activity. For right now, I will accept that when a rest day is taken, it is a positive sign that I have listened to my body and taken care of myself. 🥰

    Day off errands and spending time with my parents their 61st anniversary and then maybe a walk when I get home if not some spinning or weight/core work. Weekend plans? It’s called dodge the raindrops maybe a good book to curl up with.

    Well no walk but resistance band work this evening. Helped hubby take the battery out of the Spyder and cover it up for the winter snow predicted for the higher elevations tomorrow. A good day and already started some of a book.

    Week 3 of October average steps were 8,767 so that means I’m below my step goal. However, I biked 5 days this week for a total of 17.7 miles, so that’s good.

    19. Thursday- 4.5 miles on bike 🚴 and 8,961 steps 🚶‍♀️
    20. Friday - 4.7 miles on the bike 🚴 and 9901 steps 🚶‍♀️
    21. Saturday - 1.5 on the bike 🚴 and 6,909 steps 🚶‍♀️

    Got a quick walk in rain and snow predicted later today I know I should have worn gloves! The weighted vest is nice good comfortable fit 8 lb good for now maybe Santa will bring a heavier one.

    Managed 3.2mph.

    Work outs good on weekend but 2 pass days had! Had visitors stay the night and it threw me out.. Need to focus on pretracking daily.. weekends and weekdays.. also really trying to add variety to workouts to give knees a break from jogging and lastly trying to establish a night time movement activity with bub.. I did it last night.. took him to the park amd felt so rewarding. Xo
