Sorry this is 6 days late! We had a family trip and work went crazy. I fell off the healthy wagon again. Need to get a better grip on my stress eating.

Went to see the surgeon for my back. He wants to try epidural shots first. They didn't work for my neck but I will give them a try. Hopefully I can start walking again. I can feel myself getting lazy and I feel my body getting so stiff. He says he likes to do surgery on childcare workers in June because they have the summer off so I would be able to rest. I laughed at him because I work summers, daycares don't close.

In honor of the upcoming Halloween...
Why do ghosts love to go for walks?
    Spoiler
    Because the love to boo-gie!

We exceeded a quarter million steps this week AGAIN...We're not quite at million and a half for the month but I am pretty sure we'll exceed it for the month.

    Well done, walkers!

    Previous weight: 82 kg/180.78 lb

The loss wasn't due to hard work but because I've had a horrible cold and low appetite.

October wasn't the best (for me) but November is on the doorstep.

    Let's all bag some goals!

Tomorrow is weigh in day for me, and I definitely didn't do as good this week, I hate that I keep sabotaging things for myself, but I've been in my head more this week, and already know I'm big with self sabotage, so if tomorrow's weigh in isn't what I want, then I will push myself to do better for the next week! I do know I need to do better about the groceries I buy because I start running low on food, and that's where I start messing up because I don't have much to eat so I grab junk, and whatever others have in the house. So I need to do better at meal planning so I don't run so low before I can get more groceries!

It was a tough week emotionally. I noticed myself turning to junk foods and sweets to make me feel better. I’m going to find better solutions for when I’m not feeling 100% so that I don’t continue to eat poorly.
