Kathy you will have to take photos and post them. I love Karen and yours trips. So watch the late snacking and drinking. You got this. :)

Chris I am off tomorrow also. Spent several hours trying to design an aquarium. I am so indecisive! Like a kid in a candy shop and must only choose one! Why are the boys there at different times usually? I must be missing something.

Trial is over. Eating went well. No chocolate today. :) Spent time in the hot tub. Dinner with friends tomorrow. I hope to get a workout in and a walk.

Shelley, we get Collin about 7:45 until around noon. Pete has clients he trains in his garage until noon then he comes and gets Collin. Pete drops Ronan off at school after he drops Collin off with us.
Patrick picks Ronan up from school around 2:20. Pat and Ronan do homework and play games. Pat will usually take Ronan home around 5:00 p.m. unless Sara picks him up when she's finished at work.
We have had both boys at the same time and it is really hard for us now that we are older!!!
My trainer is sick today so I am having a total DO NOTHING BUT READ AND DRINK COFFEE DAY!!!!
I hope you all are having a great Friday!

I got in 11,228 steps on this travel day. The resort is huge. Here’s our view from the room.

Hi ladies! I didn't get to post while I was on my trip to Brazil last week. It was such long days I barely kept up :-)

Kathy - I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm sending you lots of ❤️ and positive energy. Hopefully you still get to do some of your planned trips to get some relaxation.

I had a very good trip to Brazil. Except at the end when my flight was canceled and it took me 24 hours to get home. But all in all it was a very good trip and we achieved what we wanted to for my team. The one real challenge was the food. Oh my goodness so much delicious foods. And of course because I was the special guest everybody have to bringing any more food and wanting to see if I loved it. It's such a beautiful culture in Brazil. I don't speak Portuguese but I understand a lot of Spanish so I could understand a good portion of what they said. I had a translator also. But oh my goodness I need a detox! It was fantastic and delicious, but the scale is not my friend this morning.

This is my last trip of the year thank goodness! I really need to lean into some pretty heavy exercise as I've really not done a ton over the last few months. So really planning on leaning into that, slow on the alcohol, and just doing all the right things that we know we need to do. I have my annual doctor well check mid-December and I need to get my act together or I'm going to get a lecture :-)

Busy day ahead here but I am going to figure out exercise before I get started. It's 4:00 a.m. and I've been up since 2:00 a.m. due to the time zone difference. I also went to bed at 7:00 p.m. :-) Hope everybody has a wonderful weekend!

Karen that sounds like a diet disaster. But so many memories. I am so inspired by what you do. All that overseas travel!

Chris that clears it up. Thanks

Kathy thanks for the photo. I do need you to give me a makeover and go to a beach together. Now with my white skin I will need a large umbrella. B)

Been really busy. Visiting friends. Shopping online

Chris I love visiting on walks some. Makes the time go faster.

We walked the pups by the river today. Stopped to give Rocks knee a break. Lost sight of Libby for just a moment. Heard a noise and looked down. The bank is over 3 feet down to the edge. There was Libby! Thankfully Rocky was able to reach her on his belly. Muddy little stinker. I remember Joey liked swimming. Had to bathe her before we could go to a movie and dinner. She took lots of shampoo and the water ran black. Like coal. Then blow dried her and brushed out the knots. Just glad she didn't get swept away. Next time I will hold her if we go off path.

So this is the tank I decided on. I will have to add Euro bracing to strengthen the top. But that seems pretty straightforward. And purchased the 3 year warranty.

I put the house together for our housekeeper, had Collin Duty, Ronan was here for a short time then we went to Kaiser for our covid shot and Pat needed to get an exray done on his hip. That's all.

Chris those darn hips! Wish you lived closer. I would give you my 140

Thanks Paula, will be nerve wrecking!

If you have not seen this you should. On Netflix. Live to 100. Secrets of the Blue Zones. Very interesting

    Shelley, ...what is a 140? :o
Pat had both his hips replaced years and years ago...then...dun...dun...dun...they recalled the stuff they put into his body...yeah, how does that work? "Here, we cut you open, put this in, stitched you up...now, give it back." Anyway, he had the left redone, but it's not doing the job. He's trying for early June when everyone goes on summer break for about eight weeks. His right hip has too much bone growth over and around it and the doctors don't want to mess with it. He'll probable have to go to a specialist to get that one fixed.
I got 3.32 miles done in 67 mins this morning then had Collin Duty. Pat will be leaving soon to p/u Ronan from school then they will do homework and play.
    That's it.

Chris that is awful. I feel really bad for Pat. Rocky would so understand. A 140 is how many gallons my current tank holds. It is really nice. Just a bit small for my growing fish.

Visited with my daughter and son in law. Then I read for a bit.
