Good morning Shape Shifters. I had another night with not enough sleep. Went to bed a little late and then it took 1,5 hours before I slept. I dug up my paper sudoko books, so hopefully those will help bore me to sleep. I went for a walk again which wasn't anything special, though I did see two roedeer running through the woods. In the afternoon a lady came by to pick up a couple of free puzzles I listed online. She was very happy with them so that was great. Also, I know I said I wouldn't buy new puzzles any time soon. Well, that didn't even last a day! I am sure you will understand when you see them though. I love 500 piece round puzzles, and these were new ones from the 'Circle of colors' series by Ravensburger. They have cute animals, bugs and mushrooms and it is rainbow style. So yeah, that was a no brainer for me when I saw them. Instantly got them! The reason I didn't want to buy more for a while was because I still have a lot to make, not because of money, so don't worry about that. The rest of the day was pretty lazy.walk, good food & protein, made someone happy with free puzzles, new puzzles for myselfHappy Wednesday everyone

Onederland, woohoo! I didn't expect to get there for this weigh in, but I am very happy. I also did some digging to see my weight loss journey so far and there are a lot of ups and downs.
Oct 2020 ~ 247 lbs -- Highest weight, started seriously to work on losing weight
Aug 2021 ~ 214.0 -- Joined this group!
Jan 2022 ~ 195.3 -- Lowest weight I got to, it didn't last long and I started gaining here. I started (and quit again) a medication a while before which really messed me up. I can't blame 9 months of over eating on it, but it for sure caused a lot of problems.
Oct 2022 ~ 244.7 -- Came back to the group from support having to start basically all over again.
Mar 2023 ~ 212.9 -- Not sure why it went wrong here, but started gaining again and I couldn't get it together
Sep 2023 ~ 238 -- Came back to the group from support again. The gain was less this time, but still not pretty.
Today ~~ 199.5 -- And here we are now! I feel pretty good about it this time, so let's just say '3rd time is the charm'. I also thought I made it deeper into onderland the last time, but I really didn't get very far! It will be nice that it will not be very long before I have a new all time low which is pretty cool. I am very motivated and determined to get it right and I will make sure to keep my foot near the brakes.6 -

Good morning Shape Shifters. Sleep was much better yesterday, but sadly no walk. It was raining too much the whole day. Instead I got groceries from two different stores and then picked up a package later in the day. I have really nice walkingleggings in two different sizes, but the bigger ones are starting to slide down. I got pretty lucky because one of the colors was on sale exactly in the size I needed. They were only 13 euros each instead of 20, so I bought two. I got a message from the lady who bought the cat tree asking to buy some toys as well which she picked up in the afternoon. I was out of freeze dried chicken for Tinus, he really loves those treats, so I got some new ones delivered yesterday as well. It was not a very interesting day, but a pretty good one.good sleep, food & protein, sold some cat toys, new walkingleggings and treats for TinusHappy Thursday everyone

Had a quiet Valentine’s Day with my husband. He cooked us a steak and I made a baked potato and we shared and watched a movie. A story about a Dutch man who forged Vemeer paintings and sold them to the Nazis. Apparently based on a true story.
My daughter, her fiancé, and several of their friends are coming in tonight for the holiday weekend. The dog will be thrilled with the company! Me too!4 -

My goal is to maintain my weight between 125 and 130 pounds while building more muscle strength. I’m concentrating on weight bearing exercises because a recent annual physical / lab report showed signs of osteopenia. So, I’m trying to increase my bone density, and improve my flexibility to slow the aging process as much as possible! 👵🏻 I’m glad to see I’m now within 15 pounds of my target range — and under 20 pounds to reach my goal.
