I hope you are all doing well this morning. Today is Monday and I am going back to work. I will be doing well on the memberships this week. I think it is going to be a good week. Joe and I are ready to head back to work. This past weekend was so fun.

@CSEGUIN2 - That i good that you will be safe. That is pretty awesome that your boss gave you an extra day to work. It is pretty weird not having a super bowl party. We usually go to one also, but this year the family that usually meets up with us decided to go to Texas so they will not be in town.
@Dianedoessmiles1 - That sounds scary constantly running into your ex. I would have stopped also. It is going well for us with DoorDash. I did 14 orders over the weekend and earned $85.00. So not to terribly bad. Joe joined a delivery service called Roadie. He delivers for Walmart, CVS Pharmacy and a couple other places. So he did 6 orders and earned $41.00. Not too terrible for his first day doing it on Sunday. We decided since all our money goes to bills this money that we do after getting some things squared away will be our spending money. We will spend it on whatever we want for ourselves. So that is pretty cool.

I hope you are all doing well this morning. Today is Tuesday and it is going to be a good day. I did find out that I had someone apply for a credit card that ended up doing it on their own time. Basically I give them this black business card with my employee number on it and I explain the visa card to them. Then they text the number on the card and put in my referral code. They will then be able to apply for the credit card. If they get approved I get the credit for it. My boss had me note that I gave her the black card in her account so that if she did not use my referral code we could request that it count under my number because I was the one who helped her that day.

@Dianedoessmiles1 - I did not watch the game the other night. Apparently I don't have a streaming service that broadcast it. I was not going to pay for another service I did not want. It is stupid that they make you have several streaming services just to watch one game once a year. My husband and I are not a big fan of football either. We watched Batman Dark Knight movies all evening.
@Kurtize - So glad your snow is melting. We are back in the freezing temps again. So we will see how it goes. We do have a touch of snow left on the ground.

I hope you are all doing well this morning. Today is Thursday and I am hoping it will be a good day. Last night on Door Dash I made 61.25. I went 26 miles yesterday so effectively I earned $2.35 per mile when I calculate it. That is pretty good. We are definitely needing the extra money now. I am losing $800 a month due to a wage garnishment from the hospital. It is alright though. It will be paid off in a couple months. We can scrimp and scrounge for a few months and then it will be paid. We've got this. I am really loving doing the Door Dash though. Last night I was on the schedule and boy did they keep me hopping. It was great.

@Dianedoessmiles1 - That is true. I don't think we should have either. Those commercials new the Super Bowl millions of dollars. So why does the consumer have to pay to see the show? I does not make any sense.
@Kurtize - That is awesome that you got the ramp finished. Love the new back steps. It all looks great.

Good evening all, It was a beautiful day. We went grocery shopping and I also took Kayla for a walk. Tomorrow is a Ladies lunch here in the park. I hope you are all doing well this morning. Today is Friday and oh boy and I glad it is Friday. I definitely need a break. Tonight I am taking a break from Door Dashing as we are watching our nephew. He is almost 2 years old and We will be watching him over night. From 7 pm until we take him home about 9. His Mom is a bartender at a local country club and she had a sitter for the older 2 kids. Their Dad takes them, but this little man his Dad is not wanting anything to do with him right now since they just split up. So we will be getting some toddler snuggles tonight and tomorrow night. Joe and I decided we are family and she needs help so we should help her. It is not taking anything away from us watching him 2 days a week.

@cormierannie - That is great that your daughter is doing some backing. My daughter is doing the bakery thing as well. My daughter started her own online business. She has been baking since she was 9 years old. It is definitely a good thing to get into. Glad your fiance is doing well.
@Kurtize - That is awesome. Congratulations on the new addition coming your way.
@Dianedoessmiles1 - Yeah it is unreal. I never thought I would be having these issues with a hospital bill. It is crazy.

@Tabatha_Cain, LOVE TODDLER TIME!!! Aww those sweet little hugs!! Playtime is always fun, and doesn't last for hours with any one thing. LOL And of course you'll be getting in your steps unless she's an early sleeper? Does she sleep through the night? At 2 some do, as we know and some do not. My GD at 2 did NOT sleeping a lot though once down, which was later than most 2 year olds, she was OUT. My GGS who's now 6 1/2 (HOW DID THAT HAPPEN?) once I got him down (between 9 and 10) he was also OUT!! Hehehehehe his baby brother though? HATES to sleep. LOLOLOL I just sit back and giggle. I WANT the kids overnight so hopefully after recover from surgery (not scheduled yet, scans are this coming Friday, I'll meet with the surgeon and it'll be scheduled) I WANT them both!! EVEN if I have to send the "old people" LOL My GD and her mate off by paying for it myself! HAVE FUN!!
@Kurtize, someday I WISH I could go to Ireland!! It agrees with my soul deeply. One of these days I'll do a DNA and see if I have any Irish in me, I am guessing YES! BUT only the test and my relatives before me know! AND NOT all of them. LOL! GREAT JOB Joyce on the walk!! Your blog was interesting!! If anyone is curious please read her blog. Nothing too much new here except our crazy weather. Everyday was so nice in mid 60's yesterday and today, 20's and 30's. It is chilly.

I hope you are all doing well this morning. Today is Sunday and I am hoping it will be a good day. I feel like I am so far behind that it is not funny. I feel stressed and in a rush. I hate that feeling.

@Kurtize - Yes so darn cold and snow. Ugh the snow.
@imustloseit1 - I am so sorry. Don't think of it as a challenge. Just do your best. We definitely don't want you stressing. Just relax and do what you can. Don't panic if you don't get to exercising or don't lose enough weight. Just use this as a community to talk to about your struggles or wins. Any little win you have we want to celebrate with you. In the end we all win. We are still working and have not given up. We are all learning new things about what works for some people may not work for everyone. Take a breath. If you need help I am here. Message me. I really hope you decide to stay just for the fun and friends. Don't worry about that challenge. Just do only what you can. Don't stress over doing extra or going above and beyond. Several challenges I gained every challenge. I am still trying.

I hope you are all doing well this morning. Saturday even my Aunt passed away. They rushed her to the hospital for a heart attack and went into surgery to correct the issue and she did not make it out. I found out about noon on Sunday that this happened. I was in charge of telling my family. I called my sister who was a mess and seriously broke down, I told my Mom because even though her and my Dad are divorced she was family to them for 25 years. I told my brother and then I told my kids. It was rough having to tell people all over again. I am a mess this morning. I feel really depressed. Yesterday I just ran on auto pilot for things that had to be done. I will go into work today and figure out what I get for bereavement. I think i just get the funeral off.

@imustloseit1 - I am so glad you are going to give this a go. It definitely is a fun group. I look forward to hearing what is happening in your circle of the world.
@Dianedoessmiles1 - I did burn off some anxiety. Yesterday was a rough day. I did really well with the stress though. Although I am struggling mentally with some depression right now. Which we can all see why. I will be alright. I will do some more workouts and keep everything going like I always do.

@Tabatha_Cain , Oh, hon!! I am so deeply sorry about your Aunt!! And making the calls is so horribly hard!! I know I had to make the calls to my 4 brothers, my Aunts (her sisters) also when my Mom died. I was with her, I was the one who could assure them at the very end she went peacefully. I am so sorry you had make the calls. My family announces EVERYTHING ON FACEBOOK!! HUH? No calls when a loved one dies, it just gets posted. HUH??? Many hugs, you'll get through this. Do you have any PTO?
@Kurtize, TY TY TY For letting @Imustlose1 know it's not a straight arrow. There are many ups and downs, so much more than "losing weight" goes on. That's why I LOVE the 5% Challenge!! It helps to not only "lose weight" but, also it's replacing negative habits with positive ones! These will help us in the long term to be healthy and maintain our weight!!! I've been able to maintain since we came over here from Sparks!! I'm always within 10 lbs of the 170 mark!
@Imustloseit1 when I first lost going from 288 to 174, but it was NOT THE RIGHT WAY!! I had cut to many calories, and I was not eating things I enjoy. Both of those were huge errors. I regained up to 212 and started to apply the LTGLs into my life to make them my own (even water which I HATED, but now it's MY GO DRINK) PHEW!! Now I know if I cut down on my calories I'll gain. Plain and simple if we do not eat enough to fuel our bodies they will not reward us accordingly. You can do this, go slowly make it real. ASK ANY questions you have. Many of us have been here for a long time and have learned the tricks of the trade, both the ones that do work, and do not work.
