    Down 3.2lbs this week. I got my average daily calories to 1810 before exercise and 1601 per day after exercise.

    Losing weight pretty quickly because I started a new job with alot of physical activity. Not complaining with the results! I'm down 27 pounds now!

    Variance: - 0.3 lb ( LOSS!! :smiley: )

    Okay well that is not even in the margin or error for the Garmin scale.

    I am actually the biggest loser because I lost 150,000!!!! ($ US) since on April 1 I bought a house here in Venice Florida as my permanent residence. So I am much poorer. (well we parked it somewhere that will likely go down still for the next 6 months or so - but better than leasing a house)

    OK let the stress and home remodeling and cash loss translate into WEIGHT LOSS!!!!! Yippee!!!
