    And down and up again 😕 Did everything by the book this week, so there shouldn't be any issues.. Probably a large drop again next weigh-day.. Crazy body!

    I would rather be in a cabin with snow too. I used to live near a beach and it was always so hot. You would have sand in your car, clothes and everywhere. In a cabin you can curl up with a good book, have fuzzy socks and a blanket in front of the fire and relax

    Well it was my birthday weekend and i had 2 days of partying with friends and eating and drinking whatever i wanted. I only ended up with 2000 calories over maintenance but it was all carbs! And this morning .... drum roll please .. i have put on 11lb!!! Yes I've gone from 182lb on Friday morning to 193lb today!
    I feel like a bloated whale!!!
    I know its carbs ... my body has a huge reaction to them!! On a positive note i m looking forward to losing 2lb a day this week !!!!

    Happy Belated Birthday! It will disappear fast. I am terrified to weigh in tomorrow as I definitely haven’t behaved the last week.

    Thankfully, I am going home as my daughter gets back tonight. My sleep has been terrible so I hope I sleep well in my own bed. I saw the stomach specialist on Monday. She put me on medication and I have to go for a colonoscopy. Who knows when with our wait times.

    I am terrified to stand on the scales tomorrow. Unfortunately, there is not enough time to get rid of the bloat before my weigh in day on Friday .


    I have never made a bucket list but I would love go to Canada’s territories. I have been to all the provinces so I would like to say I have seen all of Canada. I also would like to visit Labrador.

    I would pick beach any day. I love the ocean.

    Last night we went to wing night. I had some pepper and parm wings. I did try my granddaughters fire and ice.

    Wow very cool Megan! i always wondered what it would be like to have a parent in the school.

    Hmm, I would be a math teacher or gym teacher, for 4th or 5th grade. That's about all I got LOL
    Orrrr I would teach a computer class at the community college maybe :)

    I was right, the scales were not my friend. I am up 4.2 pounds. It shows you that not logging, paying attention to my food, not drinking enough water and drinking pop can do in less than a week. So I need to go back to the basics. Aiming to get my steps today but I am playing catch up on housework and laundry.

    I actually was a teacher at the college level. I taught electronics. I did this for about 5 years total. I would like to teach kindergarten if I was to teach kids.

    Going through the motions but not fully engaged. Sometimes I just get in a funk and get tired of all that needs to be done. I don't stop but it's not 100% effort either. Time to get my head out of the sand and make some real progress!

    Bucket List ~ I need to revisit my bucket list. A lot of things have happened over the past year and I feel like I've lost my footing. But one goal for my husband and me is to visit all of the major league baseball parks, we are half way through!

    Happy Belated birthday @Slimmersixties! I feel your frustration. I haven't made it to that large of a number but I tend to play with 10lbs up and down. Trying to break the vicious cycle. Kudos to you though for being mindful and and addressing the gains.

    @ChickieBoom22 ~ good for you for taking care of you and your body. I usually keep pushing until I'm totally run down! Then I get sick...

    Dinner on April 23😉 Good think I track! Grilled catfish with Sauteed spinach (instant pot).

    @lindamtuck2018 ~ give yourself a pass, you've had a lot going on and lack of sleep doesn't help. Kindergarden would be fun. Last year I had an opportunity to read for my grandson's class. Oh did I have a great time. When I was done, I got hugs from almost all of the kids. Melted my heart!!

    Teacher, subject -oooohhh... I like this one. I would say math. It should be geography so I can take the time to learn it!🙂
