Are you committed to being lighter by then?
I'm starting a mini challenge (like i do at Xmas). All you have to do is tell me how much you are going to weigh on 1st July.
I'll then pick up weekly weigh ins and update the charts. Just let me know your target weight and I'll add you to the "summer challenge"
@Slimmersixties I'm committed to weighing 145 by July 1!0 -

Nice day yesterday - super warm. Hubby had a PT appointment so got some me time while he was gone. Monty and I snuggled on the couch and watched MY tv shows. I usually watch them on the treadmill. It was nice. We got the boat uncovered. We were going to wash it today- but got a call from my daughter (Allyson) this morning - she's having trouble with her AC unit - so going over for a Daddy-Do to see what we can do to fix it (or replace).

Happy Wednesday everyone! I've been amazingly busy getting the gardens ready.
Great calorie burn too. I stopped by my local garden center and picked up a few herbs and flowers to plant. I could stay there for hours!! We will go this weekend for Mother's Day and get flowers for the pots around the house. I absolutely love this time of year โค๏ธ ๐ธ๐ต๐ป
Here is the beginning of my new herb garden. I just moved and dug a new one. I'll have to add some more in a few weeks when I see how these do

Daily Goals for May1. Calories @1650 and protein 150g.Recap: I missed my gym workout today, and it's going to be a long day!! Smoke detectors lost their minds in the apartment. We have three. One went off, but not continuously, around 8pm. Assume it to be a fluke, no smoke, nothing out of the ordinary. Went to bed at 10pm....10:30pm I jumped out of bed as the alarm went off again!!! The thing started going off every 15 minutes...but not continuously. 5 seconds (loud beeping), 15 minutes later....repeat. They replaced the batteries about 2 months ago. My husband replaced them again, no such luck. I called the emergency line but knew that no one was going to come out after midnight. There's a hotel less than a mile away, we rented a room! It took me forever to fall asleep in the hotel. They came and checked them this morning and...you guessed it...couldn't not find anything wrong with them! They did show us how to disconnect if it happens again....

Coffee, could use some today๐ I can drink tea but it rare.
Any age...that's a tough one.
I'd say 36. My son was 7 and we had just moved from CA to IL (back to IL for me). Job was good and my Mom was not yet sick. It was a happy time before all #$% broke loose.
@JamieS74 ~ like that Hump Day.

Very happy with myself yesterday. It was a busy day away from home. My daughter's air conditioner broke in her condo, so we drove over to her house, measured and ordered a new one, took the old one home to bring to the dump. By the time we got back it was after lunch. I still managed to get all my goals completed - took until the last 30 minutes of my day - but I did it. Had to jump back on the treadmill to work off an extra 50 calories (ended up 2 under) - but I could check the box - LOL!

@iLive2Walk
Great job on your goals! I hope you had a nice visit with your daughter, as busy as it was1
