I've been feeling super weak and tired for the past couple of months. I barely do anything, and my arms have felt like falling off. I went to my Dr. She did blood work, my vitamin D came back at a very low level so she's got me taking vitamin D2 for the next couple of months. I don't know if that is what has made me feel so weak and tired, but if it is, I hope taking this for the next couple of months helps!! I'm also pre-diabetic, and addicted to sweets! She didn't recheck my A1C this time, but I go back in July and think she'll recheck it then. I eat something sweet and it makes me go into like a sugar coma and I just wanna fall asleep, but I crave them, and can't stop! 😭 I've gotta learn how to stop! I thought about making my own healthier sweets, or finding healthier ones because I just can't make myself stop.

Did a Girls on the Run 5K this morning. That was a lot of fun! Great seeing all these young girls out there giving it their all and having a grand time! I thoroughly enjoyed cheering them on along the course as we made our way around through the park where the race was held. It rained all last night and was supposed to continue all day today (and it’s doing so now), but for the race the rain stopped and it was a wonderful event!
My Garmin says I hit a PR for the race, so that was a little bonus.
Oh, and I thought it was cute that everyone’s bib number was 1!

Well, I drove to Mississippi and back between Friday night and Sunday evening...so my steps won't be awesome those days at all. Just for scale...from where I live, MS is about 590 miles away. And on Friday, I had to drive an extra 60 miles to/from work. So, while I was moving most of the weekend, it was in a car. 😮💨OllieAndEd2021 wrote: »OllieAndEd2021 Steps April 28 - May 4

Hey fellow steppers 👣👣👣
I only did 4540 yesterday. I'm over 9k so far today (only an hour and a half left). Daria, your 'Girls on the Run' must have clocked up a fair amount of steps 🩷 It looked like a great day! MNS, it seems that you're also stepping really well 👏
Let's do this! 💪😁I've downloaded this app. As far as I know it's legitimate but, for now, I'm happy to use it as a personal motivator. It connects to Google Fit app (which I already use) and your tracked steps from walking earn Sweat Coins. If you are interested in taking a look, this is my referral link. @minstrelofsarcasm and @melaniedscott I’ve decided I need to take a bit of time off from F2F. Hopefully after some time away I’ll return, but for now please take me off the list of regulars in our WeightNoMore Team. Thanks6
