    Starting WT: 227.8
    Current WT: 174.2
    Last Week: 175.5
    Variance: 1.3 down (finally)
Now, the trick is to keep this downward trajectory!

Got a new scale that's far more accurate, so while the difference looks pretty big idk if my initial weigh-in a week ago was entirely correct:

    SW: 210
    CW: 204
    GW: 150

As long as I'm getting closer to my goal, I'm happy!

My activities have increased, but I sort of lost the plot on my daily food logging. For me daily logging ALWAYS WORKS! I have no evidence from doing daily logging where I didn't know precisely what direction my weight was going to go.

Without logging...I have sort of a fantasy world of 'I hope scale magic happens and I see a number I like." I'm a big boy, and if I want to get to a more fit weight, I know what to do.

    Congrats @Sandie2102, and welcome @Tsalite

I was in London last weekend catching up with old colleagues so a lot of food and drink. I've had a weird bobbing vertigo which I think is disembarkment sickness all week from the flights which is only just subsiding now so haven't been very active this week. Happy that there's a loss even if it's a small one!

Not sure the last time I posted in the thread. Just thought I'd share my success with you. I have reached the 40 pounds lost milestone! Actually 41.1 pounds. My goal is 100 pounds lost. Not sure how to upload my progress photo from my phone but if you friend me, you can see it in my recent posts. My entire face looks different! I actually feel proud of how I look!
