No exercise. I was ready for a rest day. Another one today.

Slept 7 hours last night. No pills. Not sick. Just 7 restful, peaceful, blissful hours sleep.0 -

Water aerobics and the heat are getting the best of me. I sat in my recliner watching TV, exhausted, nearly all day. Only 3 water aerobics sessions next week instead of 6 because of July 4th. I need the break!0 -
