    Not too much damage. My exercise has been on point. I swear I am going to go to our Farmer's Market and buy vegetables one of these days. The quality of my diet could easily improve and make a big difference.

    Went for a 30 minutes walk today. It felt great. Hoping to get back on track this week.

    Backfilling my weights as I've been very bad for logging on since newsfeed went and had also weekend away for my birthday followed by being downed by COVID for a week.
