Not too much damage. My exercise has been on point. I swear I am going to go to our Farmer's Market and buy vegetables one of these days. The quality of my diet could easily improve and make a big difference.2 -

Backfilling my weights as I've been very bad for logging on since newsfeed went and had also weekend away for my birthday followed by being downed by COVID for a week.
