Exercise - yes - 2x cycle rides to kid’s school, mile walk, 20 minutes on trampoline
Calories - no - way over. It was the free snacks and candy at a movie screening 😏 at least it motivated me to take a long walk instead of the train, and then jump on the trampoline during tv instead of laying on the couch. But I could have had fewer pieces of candy and not eaten all the popcorn given.
