    Exercise: ✔️ 30 minutes, 1.2 miles It almost didn't happen, was at urgent care with DH for most of the day, but I squeezed it in between one of his tests.

    🥳 congratulations, fellow champions! Way to show up for ourselves.

    Exercise- yes, 2x looong walks (nearly 3 hours) and then 30 minutes fast cycling. I’m tired!
    Calories - under by almost 200! Almost makes up for yesterday.
