What do you do to promote good health ( for purposes of this discussion, let's take eating habits off the plate)? These could be things like exercise, sleep, not smoking, stress management, routine visits with your PCP, etc.

Exercise. The entire project took me from couch potato to gym regular. Plus I walk in the park about 1 hr+ most days and play Pickleball 2 times per week.
Sleep has been a struggle but I get between 5 1/2 and 7 hrs nearly every night. I stick to a regular bedtime and the hour before is no electronics. It helps a lot.0 -
I do all the “old folk” stuff. I do some exercise (walking and some PT exercises), get between 7.5 and 9 hours of sleep per night, don’t smoke (never did), track my sleep/activity/food, monitor my BP, have regular “wellness check” visits with my PCP, etc. (I’ve got a decent collection of “ologists” - a dermatologist, an ophthalmologist, a urologist, an internist, and an orthopedist. So far, I’m missing a cardiologist, and if I had that, I’d say I had the full set.)
I don’t meditate, do yoga, or other stress management things. I used to tell people I don’t suffer from stress; I’m more of a carrier.1 -
At age 65, I was able to keep up with a young man's fitness program. At 75, no longer. My exercise is nearly full functional, based on things to help get up from a chair, move without tripping or falling over, keeping my heart muscle exercised, and avoiding injury. I get regular checkups from my PCP and various specialists. Since getting a CPAP machine last year, my sleep has improved; I aim for 8 hours but don't reach it every night. I make some attempts at stress management, which often consists of trying to tamp down health anxiety. I don't play any sports, but cycle recreationally (I'm already starting the search for pedal-assist bikes).1
