No, I don't do that. I do, however, always have more intake on Friday night and Saturday lunch, as those are Shabbat meals for us, and we are supposed to have extra-enjoyment on that day!0

I plan for a treat on Friday nights. I look forward to it. It’s nothing outrageous or decadent, but it’s not something i do daily. Consistency is important to me, more so now than ever.0

I often find myself straying from better choices on weekend days. FWIW, this practice is not helpful. I need to work more on making controlled choices when I want to and not totally skipping the tracking and thoughtfulness.0

We used to have "date night" here at home. Since we gave up alcohol, we "dropped" that. After reading your comment we will attempt to get back to that and leave the treats just to that night (still within reason).0 -
Not exactly what the question was going for, but I tend to loosen the reins a bit on Fridays (and sometimes Saturdays) after my Friday morning weigh-in, knowing that I have the rest of the week to make it up.0

Yes and no . . . .
The question was “ Do you have a certain day of the week or maybe weekend? that you might depart or eat something thats your favorite food? Knowing that's it’s not in your food plan.”
Yes, I have days when I eat something that I wouldn’t normally eat. But also no, because it’s part of my plan. Background?
One of the biggest risks to staying on plan for me is feeling deprived. If I feel I can’t have something, then that’s all I want - and I’ll probably have it, and more. So how does that manifest? I’m a points hoarder. I’ll use fewer points for breakfast and loach so that I’ve got flexibility in the evening.
Similarly, since I manage my points on a Sunday through Saturday basis, I use fewer points earlier 8n the week so that I’ve maintained flexibility throughout the week. That means I’ve got points on Friday and Saturday, and yes, I use them.0 -
I have found having a cheat day becomes having cheat days. I am not an advocate.1

I would differentiate between “cheat” as in not tracking and “indulgent” as in eating and tracking foods that are calorically dense.
But sometimes an indulgent meal can turn into multiple events, I agree.0
