@Pupowl Really? A shopping holiday in the US affects your shipping over there? Hopefully you at least got to take advantage of some lightning deals.

@DaffyGirl88 It is not just a US thing anymore I am afraid. Almost all webshops here also have some sort of Black Friday sale going on. And tomorrow is a fairly big Dutch holiday as well so a lot of people ordering stuff.

@LaurieWrobo Hope you feel better soon! Take it easy, working while sick doesn't sound good.

@jessicakrall8 I'm going to be out of town for the week, and will miss my Monday 12/16 weigh in (wont' be anywhere near a scale), but I will be back in time to do 12/23's.

@Pupowl and @indoorsy_ some of my puzzles in spoiler :)
    This one is a killer!

    My 1970s era puzzles

    Some of my other favorites.

And while I typically prefer ones with photos I found this one captivating and had to get it. Picture is slightly blurry but it is very pretty in person, many of the details are metallic.

i like the simplicity of some of these vintage puzzles, like the oreos one but they do all look pretty hard! i can't imagine having a box of random pieces to dig thru. i pretty much get all my puzzles used and have had a missing piece or two a couple times, it's always such a bummer but when i look back i still very much enjoyed putting it all together. i feel like there's a life lesson in there somewhere!

@Pupowl my advent calendars are a bit boring tbh...it's the first time i've bought them, one was only $10 from amazon, but the eurographics i asked for as an early christmas gift was pricier. i think i'm enjoying my rittersport advent calendar the most! 🍫

Please excuse me for my Wednesday weigh-in this week. Not home today or tomorrow, so no scale. Thanks.

@indoorsy_ Oh yeah, 10 dollars isn't bad at all! Here they all cost over 35 euros. I can buy almost 3 full sized puzzles for that so I didn't think it was worth it. Also not sure if I would enjoy making a tiny puzzle. Seems like it would be done too fast and not very satisfying.

@CasandraW I haven't started any of my Christmas shopping yet ! The only decorations I've put up is an advent calender for my youngest son.Its a material snowman that a friend gave me when my boys were little.I put Celebration sweets in it.I had the first 2 as my son was away but after I looked up the calories on MFP I won't be having any more 😧
I did do a pre Christmas deep clean of my lounge yesterday.I also managed to carry a small chest of drawers downstairs by myself.Probably not very sensible but I managed it without falling. So the space is ready for the tree.I don't have a car so I have to have a tree delivered.I like a real one. What are everybody's preference ?

No outside walk due to being busy with appointments and didn't really try that hard to squeeze it in when I could have. I did go to the gym for a 30 min incline walk. It was a bit harder than I was expecting, but I finished it

Thanks to everyone who shared their jigsaw puzzle pictures reminds me I should also be exercising my little grey cells. Time to get out the crossword puzzle books 😁.
@CasandraW we have really downshifted to a lowkey celebration. I am only doing one type of cookie and will be gifting the majority of them. DH decorated while I was out yesterday

@izzyred9400 I have a real tree in my main living room and 2 artificial trees in my downstairs rec room. This is one extra tree from usual, my husband found it super cheap at an auction.

Caught a cold 🤧 from somewhere, probably one of the grandsons who are walking petri dishes. 🤒 So I'll be spending the day sitting at my desk drinking hot tea 🍵instead of getting steps.

    Have a great day!

Hello Shape Shifters. No walk today, a lot of rain. Tomorrow is looking even worse. Instead I finished my puzzle. I loved this one. There is a winter event in the horse game which is making me super happy. There is snow everywhere and Christmas decorations and auroras in the sky. I am having a blast. I was looking around earlier on a toy website and discovered that the makers of Wingspin (a board game about birds) also made a version with dragons called Wyrmspan. It looks absolutely beautiful and I would love to have it, but I don't have any friends to play with so it would be a waste of money. Anyway, just finished dinner and going to get my steps done for the day and then play more of my horse game. <3

They released this new caribou based horse and he is so cute. I named him Twinkle. We also get to open a present under the tree every day.

    Loss: 1.7 lbs

I'm so happy with this loss. I've been working hard, with both food and exercise and love seeing it show up on the scale. I feel like I'm reaching the point where the healthy habits are becoming more routine and easier to stick to without so much thought.

    @Zaxa2021 Great week!
