Still at our son’s & grateful, but it’s been two months and this flooding issue has not been resolved. If you pray, I’d appreciate a prayer. Thank you!6 -

I'm so happy with this loss. I've been working hard, with both food and exercise and love seeing it show up on the scale. I feel like I'm reaching the point where the healthy habits are becoming more routine and easier to stick to without so much thought.1 -

Glad to see that the thanksgiving gain was temporary! I got to see my orthopedist this week. My “good “ leg was diagnosed with arthritis and bone spurs, but I am not yet bone-on-bone. I elected to have a cortisone injection to ease inflammation, and a stronger NSAID was prescribed. It could take a week to 10 days to see improvement, but I do feel like it has incrementally helped. I still don’t have the new RX since it was out of stock at my pharmacy-hopefully it will be ready today. My blood sugar seems to be a bit elevated, totally expected though because of the cortisone. I just need to keep an eye on it because I’m due for another blood work up in a couple weeks.
I really have to play catch up with all the holiday prep but I need to remember to pace myself. I have dental surgery scheduled for next week so I may be on a softer diet for a bit. I made a pot roast last night and it was too tough for my dental issues. May be eating a lot of soup and yogurt for a bit!6 -

Had a tough couple weeks with the scale, bit of a roller coaster but hopefully that's settled down now. So much temptation everywhere. This group and the 100 day challenge is the glue holding it all together for me right now. Too easy to just throw in the towel for December, but I don't want to undo all my progress thus far. Have a great weekend Shape Shifters!6 -

@cre804 I think it was @frankwbrown who suggested having protein shakes on hand when I had dental surgery and I am glad I had them available.6 -

We've had a dreadful storm hence the low steps yesterday.
@Zaxa2021 great loss
@Tomsgal1985 hope things improve for you 🙏5 -
Steps
12/6: 14,190
30 min walk with the boys and 45 min walk/jog on treadmill.
I'm cautiously trying out jogging again, seeing if my hip can handle it after 2 months of not being able to run. Hip feels pretty good this morning, after a slow mile jog, so I have a little hope that it's ready to ease into it again.4 -

Hi folks, I wish to opt out for December, focusing on too many other goals at the moment. Good luck to you all this month and I hope to be back in Jan.5

I've been at the theatre all week, managing costumes for a musical. It's been a lot of long hours and little sleep, but very rewarding! The show ends tomorrow. Have a good Saturday!6 -

@globalhiker I've asked the MODS to move you to the Support team for the rest of December. Please let me know when you'd like to return and when you do so, please send a new starting weight and I'll get you moved back to active. Enjoy the upcoming holiday season with your family. Take care!

I did absolutely nothing for most of the day. My boys are spending the weekend with my mom, so I wasn't chasing them around and taking them on walks. At around 5pm and realized I only had about 3000 steps, so I hauled my booty to the gym for a long walk on the treadmill. Now today I have to do all of the chores that I neglected yesterday, so part of me is regretting my laziness, but it was nice just to sit and do nothing for a bit.
Also, as a side note, how are we already over a week into December? I feel like thanksgiving was just yesterday.5 -
