Today was a bit more low-energy and not as mindful, food-wise. We went to visit a friend early and I didn't eat until the afternoon, which wasn't the best decision ^_^; I ended up eating a frozen pizza and took a nap in the afternoon, then made a leftover veg-and-sausage bowl for dinner. Still, I went to the store and stocked up on veggies and proteins for the week, so I'm pretty happy4

Unsurprisingly, I'm sick now. My other son also seems to be getting sick. Once it's in the house, it's only a matter of time before we all get it. Going to take it easy today.7 -

Fingers crossed that everyone has a speedy recovery before the holiday!
After three days of low activity, doing my morning yoga and a strength workout felt like the most awful, terrible thing in the world lol The resistance was so strong that I actually laid out my yoga mat just so that I would have to roll it back up again if I didn't do the work. Even then, it still took an extra cup of coffee and a silly Youtube video before I finally did it.
For meals, we are completely out of leftovers, so I'll probably be roasting some squash and stuff in the oven and letting my crockpot deal with the rest so that I can get some work done. Good luck to everyone on their goals today!5 -

Still sick. But I think we're all done with fevers and have started to recover. Luckily we weren't planning anything with other people for Christmas until Saturday. Hoping we'll be better by then. I forced myself out on a walk yesterday for some fresh air for all of us. But that's about all I did, other than nap on the couch.4 -
I overate a bit yesterday, which sort of sucked. I think the main culprit was that I got really wrapped up in my work and by the time I noticed the time, it was already late and I was already starving. I'm going back into the studio today, so this time I'm going to bring a snack and set an alarm3

@sunshinezombiegirl1 I second what pupowl said, didn’t you also recently move? I think you have been doing what you can, , when you can, how you can. Regardless of the challenges you have kept making the choice to do and I think that is something to be proud of.1

I'm sorry...it's just--I am literally at the same point where I started in October. I'm not sure what's going to help, but I appreciate the offer.1 -
@sunshinezombiegirl1 Yeah, that's not fun! There is always something you can learn though. Weight loss isn't easy and for almost nobody it is a straight line down. I am currently on attempt number 4. Maybe you can use the last bit of the year to figure out if there are any small changes you can make to start January fresh. I also know you have had some issues with seizures. She has seated workout playlists for 3 different difficulties. Anyway, don't give up! If you do need some more advice, please ask. Among all the Shape Shifters, we have a lot of experience with weight loss and the set backs that come with it; we are just another resource!0 -
