The NFL weekend kicks off Christmas Day with Chiefs at Steelers and Ravens at Texans and ends with Lions at 49ers Monday night. There are plenty of football games in between, including both NFL and college bowl games. What do you expect from your favorite team(s) or player(s)? What about those teams you love to hate? This thread is here for all your football talk.

Gotta root for the feel-good Lions.

Darned shame about the Steelers. You hate to see it.

But, otoh, you love to see it. :)

Not sure how I feel about Christmas Day NFL games, very untraditional but I will admit I enjoyed the games. Could have done without the halftime show in Houston though!

The Cowboys really fell flat yesterday. Are the Pats now in position for the first pick in the draft?

Pats ARE in #1 draft position - today. The question is whether the second-string Bills can beat the first-string Pats next week. If they don’t, I’ll be rooting for the first string Giants to beat the second-string Eagles. (Boy, it hurts to type that.)

    Cowboys were pitiful.
I'm not a huge football person, Hoping to walk on my walking pad and stream some show tonight instead of watching football.

I thought you were older. Heck, the ONLY "home team" were the Giants. Even after the "Patrots" came along, the AFL was considered a Junior league.
I remember the first time the Giants and the Pats played each other. I was so conflicted that it started my dive into cardiac troubles.
