    7188 Wednesday.

I went out for a walk on a sunny, cold morning yesterday. There were places where none of the road surface had yet been touched by the sun, and in those places there was enough residue for the prior night's rain to create black ice. I slipped twice in the first 1/4 mile, and turned around to go home and use the Nordic Track. We'll see what Thursday brings, other than Tai Chi and groceries. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I enjoy it. It’s good for balance and range of motion, and practitioners will tell you it cures anything from baldness to cancer. (Okay, that’s hyperbole on my part.) it’s doesn’t look hard, but I come away from a one hour session with some muscle groups feeling sore - which is a good thing.
