    Another small drop, good. I am doing about 70% tracking my food in the MFP diary. Tightening that up will help.

    2024 was some small progress. Another 12 lbs in 2025 wouldn't be bad, but more is better.

    Yes! staying level is okay. Happy New Year to you. In most of the USA it is a deep freeze.

    Putting some of my Nutritarian G-BOMBS Whole Food Plant Based eating into play......but most important the addictive hyper palatable foods and especially SOS. (Sugar, Oils/fat, Salt)

    Let's see how long until I crack.....

    Looking for accountability! I'm 57 , 5'2" , mom of 6, Grandma to 6. I'm at Heaviest ever! 😭

    Life has been crazy since 2017 but 2023-2024 was particularly rough with moving both our home and dog training business. In 2017 I was in my best shape since giving birth to my baby! He's 23 now lol. I reached 135lbs then and really felt great! Now I'm 177.7! Lost 1pound since 1/1/25. I've use mfp for about 10yrs.

    I'm tracking my food but also implementing intermittent fasting 8/16 and participating in no alcohol January.
