Hi looking for friends here again. Was a long time member just returning. MFP has changed so much lol...but exploring and wanting to be accountable again. I am relatively healthy but wanting to get my triglycerides into normal range. Taking meds for it. Recently did a liver cleanse via supplements and want to live out my life being in Health. Just finished my 1st meal of day. Scrambled Eggs and potato and bacon and coffee. Oh and meds and vitamins
Only ate til 80% full. I am good for a few hours. Housecleaning will burn calories, and it is New Years Eve so will be busy

Ready to eat my 2nd meal of this New Years Eve. BbQ chicken wings, 3 bean salad and some steamed rice and watch some episodes of Nikita on Netflix.0

Returning from San Diego...Awesome trip. Kinda went wild on the Junk food. (Chips and cheetos) but this time did not finish whole bag 😅
Good eating is a better fit. Glad I stopped for Real foodon Road trip home that is 💕

Hi Deb, from another Deb. I am 65 and need to take off about 13 lbs. Have osteopenia that I want to reverse. I’ve been mainly bone density, but not improving. Most recently “slightly worse.” 🙁 That just makes me work harder. Losing weight will help. I put about 6 lbs on over the holidays.
Anyway, I just started in the groups. Let figure out how to friend you. lol0
