Happy to hear the swelling has gone down some and no clots found! Excellent news! You’re right: ordering in/eating out hurts us (sometimes in more ways than one). We’ve had a lot of visitors since we moved here (which I love), but that has led to a lot of eating out and losing control of my eating habits (which I don’t love). While I welcome our guests, I find that I am really a person who loves my routine (and the older I get, the more important my routine is to me). The more I stay grounded in my routine, the better I eat and the better I feel. I’m proud of you for never giving up and look forward to celebrating your huge milestone soon!!!🩷5 -

Way to go!!! That's a great accomplishment. And I was looking at the spreadsheet, and it looks like you have lost over 10 lbs so far this month?! That's also a great accomplishment. You've been working hard.2 -

Thank you so much!
It was first thing this morning and it went pretty good. My time was just over 68 minutes, and I was aiming for somewhere between 68-70, so I'm happy with that. It was just a smidge harder work than I would have liked it to be, but considering I wasn't able to train for very long it was expected.
I'm my runner's high, I decided to sign up for a St Patrick's day 5k. So I'm going to spend the next several weeks working on speed, trying to get my 5k around 28 minutes. It's around 31 right now.4 -

Looked back at each week and these are the days that I have the time and motivation to workout the most. Also noticing with my stance on not eating late that I used to have an entitlement with those late night snacks. Like “this is my thing” or “I have to have it because that’s my routine”. Now sometimes I do feel hungry but that’s when I refill my 50 oz water tumbler and just guzzle it

So we’re in that process of trouble shooting the migraines and so have connected her to a new primary who has prescribed a migraine medicine. As for my food/diet life.. I had a decent week until the day before weigh-in . Thank God there are 5 weeks this month…

~ Daughter was rushed to the hospital on Friday.. She had another stomach ulcer! 😣 began this week so hopeful... Holiday weight pales in comparison to a stressful trip to the ER for your child

~ The scale’s been coming down every day.. nice to see that #15 back in front. 💪(although I didn’t finish the week with it & TOM didn’t help with that)
- Got over a cold and still working on emotionally healing (emphasis on the word Healing not Eating) still feeling sad after my daughter’s friend’s funeral.
Sun 12/22 - Sat 12/28

How is everyone doing? I have been struggling with my diet, but definetly improving. I have been working out regularly the past 3 weeks though. My treadmill is acting up so I haven't been able to run, so I have been doing the spin bike and weights. My feet hurt really bad after 12hr shifts so I'm hoping if I drop some weight that my feet won't hurt so bad at the end of the day.6

I was pretty tired yesterday since my son didn't sleep great. I was falling asleep on the couch by 6pm! I went for a walk during the day, but skipped the treadmill and took a rest day.
