large food portions

I eat healthy but my food portions are very large until i feel full otherwise i just keep on eating , i am a social and emotional eating even if i am not hungry but there is an event going on , thats is a reason to eat, poor control how can you you manage social eating and large portions

    Try using a smaller plate to put your food on. Just don’t ruin it by going back for seconds!!
