I eat healthy but my food portions are very large until i feel full otherwise i just keep on eating , i am a social and emotional eating even if i am not hungry but there is an event going on , thats is a reason to eat, poor control how can you you manage social eating and large portions

Try using a smaller plate to put your food on. Just don’t ruin it by going back for seconds!!1

I second the post from above!
If you really want to get serious, use measuring cups to make your plate. Make your plate less than you would normally eat & go back for seconds if you are still hungry. I usually do not go back for seconds but, if it’s already on my plate I feel I need to clear my plate.
I do not do the food scales, but I have seen many others say that they make a huge difference.0
