Just Started Keto. Is this normal.

Hi,
My family (all adults) and I just started keto. We were really surprised at how many carbs were in things that we thought were healthy. Things like chickpeas, lentils, avocados, and even nuts.
I struggled to try and lose weight for years. I counted calories, I exercised daily, I did everything.
After cutting carbs for the most part I actually started losing. And then I decided to join my family members on the keto diet to really seriously lose about 100 lb.
We've been doing a lot more whole cooking. A lot more vegetables.
Today I have not been able to stomach barely anything and I just tried drinking some bone and veggie broth and puked my guts out and now I can't put anything else in my stomach. I'm even afraid of drinking water. I have read up on things called the keto flu I just want to know if anyone else has experienced this?
My brother also had this reaction a week ago, but we don't know if this is normal. Is it a good sign does it mean that we're entering ketosis? I don't really know what to expect.

I never had the keto flu. Of course, since it is flu season, and some nasty viruses are going around it is quite possible that you could have one of them.
This is what Google gave me when I googled Keto Flu Symptoms:
Keto flu is a collection of symptoms that can occur when starting a ketogenic diet. Symptoms include fatigue, headaches, nausea, and constipation.
Symptoms
Headaches, Fatigue, Nausea, Constipation, Sugar cravings, Irritability, Increased thirst, Stomachache, Trouble sleeping, and Dizziness.
Causes
These symptoms occur as your body adjusts to using fewer carbohydrates and more fat for energy. The symptoms are usually minor and short-term, lasting a few days to weeks.
Tips to reduce symptoms
Stay hydrated
Replace lost electrolytes
Get enough rest
Eat the proper amounts of fat and carbohydrates
Take an Epsom salt bath to help with sleep and muscle relaxation
Drink keto-friendly herbal tea, such as chamomile, to help with sleep
Try light exercise, such as restorative yoga, to help with muscle pain and tension0
