Hi all. I felt slightly better yesterday and didn't take Claritin last night and was okay, so that's progress, right? LOL I lost another 3 lbs this week and am down into a new decade: 219.6 lbs. I'm very happy about that. I've lost a total of 37.4 lbs in 64 days. In a lot of ways, it hasn't been easy but I'm very happy I had my surgery. I made falafel in the air fryer the other day with cucumber sauce and I had that for dinner last night, it was very good. Today, I work from home.

@Katmary71 Yeah, I was looking at Tank printers, too, and I love how long the ink lasts. I want to print checks at home instead of going to the office, which will be very helpful as Joe progresses. I will let you know my thoughts on the Nitric Oxide supplements.

Good morning! I got the wire transfer instructions for the house yesterday so that is a relief. My niece’s dryer that we were leaving behind decided to go ahead and die days before the move, so I will be doing four loads of laundry for her today. We are buying the washer/dryer from the homeowners, which will be nice because she can just walk in and start some laundry.I’ve been doing a 30-day to 30-minute rebounder series that has been really fun. Today, I’m on day 13 and will do that and then do some weightlifting. Have a good day!

I so wish that our condo had a washer and dryer in unit but at least our complex has one (that we have to pay to use!). How does the weightlifting feel? I hope it doesn't hurt. How's your wrist?

Hi all. I took one of my dogs on two longer walks than normal yesterday. I was sort of testing out my knee. My husband and I are going to go walking on a nature trail today so hopefully, my knee will be fine. It was ok on the walk with Violet. For dinner, I made a Sriracha-Spiced Shrimp and Broccoli Sheet Pan Meal. It wasn't spicy at all, I don't know if it was the Sriracha sauce I used (which wasn't our usual brand) or if it was just the amount I used (1 1/2 tsp). Anyway, it was still good. I'm getting better at being active: I keep track of my minutes of movement on our team spreadsheet and this month has been better than last month.

@trooworld Yeah, not having a washer/dryer would be a deal breaker for me. At least you have one in the complex and don’t have to drive somewhere, which I’ve done in my younger years. You are doing great with getting in movement!

I've spent a lot of time outside, I repotted all of my house plants. They were full of these bugs, they look like fruit flies, but they had infested all of my plants. I think it happened last year when I brought my begonia in the house for the winter. They are almost done, except for my garden window plants.
Today, we are taking my grand babe to his soccer game. They are so much fun to watch. Later night we took him to his basketball game. His team won. I have seen so much improvement from when he first started a couple years ago.

@DrewsAnna Oh no I'm glad you were able to report the plants, I hope you didn't lose any! Yes they could've come in with another plant for sure. I have a tough time when I'm hardening off tomato plants as fungal gnats and whatever else is outside tries to come in with them. Yay on your grandson's win that's great!

Hi team! Tooth is history, it took work to get it out and the headache kicked in before I got home. The pharmacy took a long time to fill my prescription which was a drag. I ran to the end of a seed swap/lecture series at the library then have been home since cleaning. Roommate came home early so we hung out and watched Yellowstone. I need to check on my seedlings and head to bed, have a great Sunday!
Anyone else getting nervous about the March upgrade? Since I've been on here for years now I know it's always scary when the update happens, hope we can still get in here!0 -

Wife and son have been sick for a while now. They are finally doing better they just have a cough that needs to be gone. We had another round of snow and mostly ice. I fell a couple days ago on the ice walking to warm up my car. I had to crawl to back to the front door. I’ll be happy when the pain goes away.3 -

Hi all. We went grocery shopping in the morning and then at 10, we went walking at the nature trail. It was HOT, 80F, but we did the walk. I almost made it the whole trail but it was so hot and I didn't want to go further than I could and have to have the ranger called lol. It was the furthest I've walked in about 3 years, we walked for a little over an hour. My knee was fine. After that, we came home and ate lunch, and then later went for coffee and walked around the neighborhood. It was a good day and it made me feel good that my knee could handle it.

We arrived from Mexico at 10 last night. Really surprised that I am only up 1.6 pounds.
The only good thing I had to eat yesterday was breakfast in the morning before we left the hotel. I had planned on eating a decent lunch at the airport, before our flight, but there was not anything available besides fast food. I had also planned on getting some healthy snacks for our flight, of course they didn't serve any food. That wasn't available either, so I did the best I could. By the time we arrived last night, we were all starving, so stopped at Arby's for supper at 10:30 last night.
Had an amazing time in Mexico, so much great family time!
I will check in tomorrow when I am not quite so tired0 -
