    I've been carefully tracking my food, and having a simple exercise routine, and Zepbound is finally doing something and helping me stay on a calorie count. I keep getting injured. I've been at Hospital, and been laid up a couple of times. Hopefully all that's in the past, and I can get back to being more consistently active.
