I started the spring cleaning last week. I got the bedroom and the laundry room.
Today, I got the living room.
My spring cleaning means moving every piece of furniture and purge the things that I no longer use.
We donated 5 bags of clothes last week.2 -

Hi, I think I’ll gracefully bow out for now. I hope I can maintain my weight loss and I don’t need to come back, but it really motivated me having somewhere to challenge me to stay on track.

I was the same on the scale this week. I have noticed a pattern. I do really well until Wednesday. Wednesdays I go off the plan.

I was starting to get discouraged. So I counted all my steps this month and then added them for last month. I am seeing a difference in my body and my clothes even though the scale is not showing it.
Last month I had a total steps of 260,097 Avg. 8,390. So far this month I have 239,096-avg 9,196. This encourages me more than the scale.1 -

I am actually quite pleased with that considering it was my birthday last Friday and we had a bit of cake, and I have been on holiday and we stayed away from home for a couple of days eating out.
I have had a think about what to change when I am back in work next week to see a bit more of a change. But like @blessedgrandma5 said, sometimes it is not a number on the scales that matters and although the scales haven't moved much for me lately, I am definitely getting more tonned legs from the running I am doing1 -
