    Today's weight 171.5

@taylok23 I've had two really good nights of sleep after 3 terrible ones. Makes the world of difference!

Strength class and yoga yesterday, will be sore by tonight. Hubby wants meatball subs tonight but I think I'm going to make white chicken chili instead. Gotta use up the chicken before it goes bad ;)

Thank goodness most men aren't always on a *NEW FOOD PLAN* At least mine isn't. I kinda wish he would eat less processed snacks but, it does keep him away from the food I purchased for ME.

My protein has been on target or just under this week. I had one day so far of too much sugar but otherwise keeping it low. Sleep has also improved this week both in duration and quality. Last night was a bit lower because I woke up with heartburn and was thinking about work but still got just under 7 hours. I’ll hit the hay early tonight and not watch tv to fall asleep.

My week has been much the same. Made an awesome keto chicken chili last night and having the leftovers for lunch today. Continuing strength through the week but need to make time for longer duration movement.

Its been one of those weeks! I did not get my flights of stairs in. However my project load at work kept me super busy. So I was up and down the stairs a ton but never kept track. Im sure i got them in without realizing.

I also cheated slightly this weekend so im pleasantly surprised with this loss. I had chicken divan friday night.. which is mostly keto but has a ritz cracker crumb on top. Then saturday i had nachos with corn tortilla chips and last night i had loaded tots and breaded shrimp. Im off carbs again starting today but it was nice to be able to moderate them and not go off the rails.

I started driniing a protein shake for lunch at work. They arent bad. I mean flavor wise they are meh. Vanilla is better than chocolate. They are the Equate brand max protein. 30g protein, 3g total carbs. (5g for chocolate) . 170 calories. Hardly any fat. So i boutght a bottle of mct oil and i put about a TBS and a half into the shake and shake it up good.

Seems like everyone here is on track this month. Thats great! Hope yall have a great week!

Nutrition was going well except for last night and today. I need to stop worrying about being rude if someone makes me something gluten-free (trying to be thoughtful) and don't realize I eat keto now.

I decided to go to Atkins 20 instead of Atkins 40. I seemed to have stalled out after losing the first 6 lbs, which is awfully early to stall out. :/

Feeling meh today, slight headache. Taking inspo from above and will make a protein shake for breakfast with my coffee. Fingers crossed my strength class and yoga don't get cancelled today (trainer had a fam emergency over the weekend).

It was a good workout week, food not so much. Better meals today going into the new month :)

Sorry I haven't been posting. This has been a hectic month, but I've been on plan and am consistently losing about 1lb a week. Back in the workout habit. Chugging along.

    Here's the new month's challenge: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10933889/march-mindfulness-challenge-2025/p1?new=1

I ended up losing 3.6 lbs in February. (I had lost another pound but bounced back up and stayed there with a little wavering up and down.) Not what I'd hoped for, especially this eary on after restarting keto, but much better than the constant gain/maintain/gain/maintain I've done the past 4-5 years!

My last week of February wasn’t quite as planned. I decided not to add another tweak as the 3 felt like plenty. Protein could have been higher but I am feeling fuller even if I’m not hitting the full 120g a day. Carbs were higher but I did sneak some big entree salads in throughout the week but then pizza too. Sleep and recovery was really high with the exception of 1 day so I’m doing something right, even with a bit more stress at work. Sugar was pretty low as well but I had some ice cream tonight that made me feel blah.
