Sweet treats, without the guilt?

Anyone have any suggestions of sweet treats/snacks that have curbed their snacking calorie intake?
I recently discovered I LOVE frozen grapes so instead of reaching for hard candy, chips etc. I snack on those through the day.
Also I found these amazing Greek yogurt bars that remind me of cheesecake! 3dz0bi2rxxpc.jpeg

I usually go for sugar free jolly ranchers because i can hold them in my mouth for a long period of time. If i am really needing something sweet I slice some cucumbers and dip them in Stevia.

I am also a big fan of halo ice cream. If I buy a pint I'm going to eat the entire pint at one time. They are single serve per pint and have added protein to them.

Those look delicious! I will look for them. I take a serving of greek yogurt, this time okios vanilla about 140 grams, and mix it with 5 g unsweetened cocoa and 15 g of PB FIT powder. Turns out like chocolate peanut butter soft serve ice cream. About 160 cals and 20 g of protein and extra calcium for the serving I just ate. May try to freeze it next time to see how it is.

I am definitely! Going to try this one. Thank you. I’m always having trouble meeting my protein goals so this would help me ALOT!

I like to chill yogurt container then stir in frozen blueberries. Makes a nice quick frozen dessert like treat/snack or part of meal. There are a variety of flavors @ 90 cals.

I did the okios coco, peanut butter yesterday! It was very good!
I will have to try the mixed berry.
I also discovered that I can get lots of fruit in if I take some 0 sugar ready whip & put it on my fruit!
15 calories per 2 tablespoons, I stir my fruit in so the whip is covering it. Really yummy dessert replacement

The ready whip is a fav go to for me too.

Have you ever noticed when eating lots of sugar processed foods, that real natural foods taste bland?

But if you step away from the processed goodies, then the natural sweetness starts to emerge...

I like to bake a couple sweet potatoes or delicata squash in the fall to have on hand for snacks. Was surprised how sweet they are.

Have grown to love chilled tangerines.

banana with pb and melted dark chocolate.

Sliced apple rings with some pb and chopped nuts.
