I haven't done these in a while but they work. So the rule is. You start with one. Write what you like/feel about yourself. Then the next day you repeat that one (or how many you have) and add one to it. If you can't think of something new, then repeat something you've already written.

No. that is fine. That is the point of affirmations. You say something enough that it is true.
