Variance to last week: -4.7lbsBig week, I'm fully recovered from injury and have been consistent in exercise. The Zepbound is very effective, I just plug in my daily calorie target, log my food, and there is no problem keeping on track.

Yes @thomasjohnlynch, it has become a completely crap app.
One good thing is the we used to not be able to write the word "crap" but that's gone now…It's the wild wild west now.
