Feel free to post before/after stats here

Hi! I have a Renpho scale and app that tracks all kinds of interesting stats. I will post a screenshot of my initial stats (as well as key measurements in inches) here on March 20th, then each week I will post side-by-side first and current results to show progress.
Please feel free to post your progress here as well, is you'd like to keep track of more than just the number on the scale!

If you're on a desktop computer or laptop, Shift+Enter should give you a single line return (instead of the default double line). I haven't figured out how to do this from the phone on the app yet, but if I do, I will make sure to share with the group!

Hi,
I am just going with the scale for my stats and not taking measurements. For those I mostly go by how loose/tight my clothing feels.
My starting weight on the 20th was 168.2 as I had gained weight from the week before but I am already back down as I think it was mostly water weight from high sodium that week.
Have a great week!

Hi @EternalTruth, However you want to track your progress is just fine! No rules on that! In glad you got rid of the temporary water weight! I'm hoping I can do the same and get back into the 150's by the next weigh-in.
Have a GREAT weekend!
