WOW, @Rainbow2300! That's a LOT of steps! It's sure to boost your caloric expenditure for the week! Impressive and inspiring!
I hope to up my steps during the weekdays. The weather's not supposed to be that great here in Boston and I'm still having some foo pain, but I will try to gradually increase steps as I can. I also have a lot of activity DVD's and they are also online videos, so…NO EXCUSES! (As long as my foot pain steadily improves.)
Enjoy your day!

I walk a lot at my job so I’m logging my steps. It does increase my appetite so I need to make wise choices. I’m trying to stay away from bread.

Hi everyone,
Ah, @Rainbow2300, I did a lot of steps today, but you still beat me!🏆
My right heel is still bothering me, but I was able to walk home today.
I will post my average steps each week in a new post and start a new post listing each day's steps per week.
I want to average at least 9,000 steps per day and at least 150 minutes of walking each week. I haven't timed my walking yet because I can't go at my workout speed yet, which is about 4mph.
Have a great night,
💞 Carole

**If you're on a desktop computer or laptop, Shift+Enter should give you a single line return (instead of the default double line). I haven't figured out how to do this from the phone on the app yet, but if I do, I will make sure to share with the group!**

My knee is really bothering me today! Ugh..my leg muscles feel tight and are cramping up! Im trying some magnesium spray. Resting up, as it will be another busy week.

Hi everyone,
WOW! @Rainbow2300! Impressive! I hope your knee and your leg muscles made a quick recovery!
Magnesium spray does help. It's kind of itchy and drying so I usually mix it in some lotion. I just ordered a new cream called "Arnicare" that's supposed to arrive tomorrow and is unscented. I'll let you know if it helps my feet. It gets great reviews! (If it helps I will post the Amazon link here.)
I hope you get to rest and recover.
I did 10,796 steps today. I got to walk to work but it was so raw and windy with rain I took the bus home.
My work commute is about 2.3 miles each way.
I'm pretty beat right now. I need to work my way back up to 4mph. I'm averaging about 3.75mph right now, but I still have that "foot thing" although it is gradually improving.
Have a nice night,
💞 Carole 🌷

Hi Carole, @Walela617 Great job with the steps! During Covid I walked a lot and lost 10lbs! It was the lowest I’d weighed in a very long time. I know I can get back to that. I have an arnica oil I use and it’s great. I don’t mind the smell. It’s a brand called now. I also use magnesium spray. Def. don’t use that spray after you shave your legs though! 🤣🤣🤣 I’ve been icing my knee and thats helping too. How is your foot doing?

@Walela617 This is the oil I’ve been using. It absorbs quickly and doesn’t stain clothes. It’s gentle warmth as you massage painful areas really works. I only paid $7 at a pharmacy by me. Prices vary online.
